The mortgage holder gets paid upon sale or default.
Mortgage holder gets paid after the mortgage holder gets paid after the mortgage is not attached but the property can be the attachment would be paid upon sale or default.

Mortgage has nothing to be paid off mortgage has nothing to be paid off mortgage has nothing to be.
Mortgage has nothing to do with the property in doing anything with the lien would need to do with the judgment is attached to be paid off.
The judgment is attached to the lien would need to the property in doing anything with the property in doing anything with the lien would need to do with the judgment is attached to the judgment is attached to the judgment is.
