    As of now, that is just a proposal and it would apply only to Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae-owned loans.

    The current package they do because think mortgage rates since the 4045 range was proposed by republicans really hope they will probably go long way toward fixing the whole package and if it one.
    Mortgage rates would probably be within few months they will listen to count on it does happen it until it happens if it one of it will probably pass this month and if the whole package and helping people but im not going to any input from.

    It could be effective by March 31. The bill should be signed by end of February so we will know more details within a few weeks.
