Check out this website. There is a link “Ask a question”. Click on it and post your question. They have a network of loan and mortgage experts who provide free advice online.

This should be a hard question to answer, there is so much to learn from experience that no web site or book can teach you all you should know. You will have to find out by asking questions and like the old saying goes ” If you make a mistake, charge it up to experience, if you make the same mistake charge it up to ignorance.”

    creditjusticeservices.com/cjs forum (no spaces)

Nevermind the spam in general discussion..I clean it out every couple of days. We specialize in getting consumer”s credit up to where it needs to be in order to get financed at a GOOD rate > The idea isn”t just to get financed but to get financed at a rate you can live with!
    Good luck!

Bankrate.com is a great website. It covers types of mortgages, credit qualifications and most importantly, what rates are currently available.

    Very soon,
    will become available. Strickly informational.
is the most decent one right now. The informations is all over the place though.

Best advise is to ask for referrals for a good “Mortgage Broker”. At least with 10 or more years of experience.

    Good luck.
