Amanda P asked: I see many people say have a roommate to help with mortgage costs, and better qualify for a mortgage. Or, buying a duplex and renting half of it. Does the purchase have to qualify on their own completely? Or how the bank takes into account the future income?

John P asked: I am looking for the best interest rate for the home I am buying. 1) Is it always good to go with a mortgage broker? Or just call the banks directly? 2) Do spare a few dollars if I go directly to a bank instead of a broker? ¿Council?

ittytrex asked: We (2) loans, our mortgage and a credit line in our home equity. My husband lost his job and tried to continue payments on our mortgage. When he paid a fee he used a coupon payment for the mortgage loan. Instead of applying the entire payment to our mortgage, the bank made some payment to (1) month of the mortgage loan and the rest towards the loan in the form of home equity participation. So now we are still (1) months behind in our mortgage payment and loan in the form of equity participation at home is almost paid for (4) months ahead of time. We are trying our best to keep this house. My husband used it with a coupon payment of the loan number on it and he received a receipt for the amount of the loan and the number was on the receipt too.

mtnman717us asked: Are there any good way out of a mortgage to reva © s? My ex-wife now owns a home that she really can 't produce. Funded again when we diovrced mortgage 5 years ago. Since then, she has funded again once more. With the current real estate market where she lives, she should be more than she could get for selling it at a reasonable price. She has options to exit the mortgage? If my ex-wife sold the house for less than it should in the mortgage and the difference should the bank, that money is due at closing time or it is returned as personal loan? I tried to help her sell it when we divorced, knowing that it was too expensive for her to keep your financial situation. My advice was not well received because she wanted the status symbol of a great home. I have no further financial obligation in any home, so it's not my problem to solve. For anyone who wants to know my reason, no reason for me one way or another. I don 't advantage one way or another. Care about my children but I live with my ex-wife and make sure he is cared for and has a pleasant, reasonable living. I pay my child's support and she also needs to take proper care of it and share the costs of lifting.
