Polly asked: I just mentioned my problem in my previous question - We bought house & have unfortunately lost our jobs and are now working on to see how we can cope up with our monthly mortgage payment. My question is : In case if we inform the company that we have lost our job and if they can help us to negotiage on interest rate or extend loan repayment time to make our monthly liability lesser…Do you guys know if this can help?
Some friends and elders have asked us ‘STRICTLY NOT TO LET the mortgage company know that we have lost jobs. This will put our creditiblity in question.
I need advise from someone who has either faced this problem before or if he is working for such company. Your advise is very valuable for me. Please guide me rightly my Yahoo! friends!
Thanks in Advance
Joy

ron j asked: or at least significantly reduce the chances of the loan being called?
I am told that the moment you record this new subject to mortgage that banks subscribe to a service that lets them know that title has been affected and will likely call the loan. Is it true that the moment they are aware that they call the loan? Is this what they also call a wrap around mortgage?

Andrew W asked: i just refinanced my home the original value was 45k and i had it paid down to 35k. when i refinanced it brought the value i need to pay back up to 51k. i have a adjustable rate now that will kick in may of 09 my percent is 12.750 i think. i pay 500 a month now for the mortgage and 720 total with all the taxes and stuff. i dont have a penalty for paying the loan of early so i want to pay it off in the next five years but with the arm my percent can go as high as 18.750. i dont want the bank to take my house from me because of the mistake i made by refinancing in the first place. so is it possible to refinance into a fixed rate and still keep the loan at 50k and still pay it of early with out any penalty. this is my first post so plz any and all help is great

anointedqueen asked: I have been separated from spouse over 4 years and he has evaded paying all financial obligations and have been uncooperative in the divorce proceeding. I recently gain legal control over joint property. I started re-fi steps and was pre-approved. however, the lending co.just just told me there are 2 liens against the property due to debts he has not paid. Will I be able to complete the re-fi, if the judge remove his name of the loan/ownership?

Slick asked: I have an interview tomorrow with a company to be a loan officer. They are going to pay me 2k a month and after 3 months it turns into a draw against commission. Can I make a lot of money being a loan officer. They say you can make 150k a year, is this possible? What is an average day like of a loan officer? This is an inside sales position
